UR2PhD - Technical Conference Travel Request Form
Please use this form to request travel funding. Your request will be reviewed by the UR2PhD Leadership Team. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of submission for review.
Details:
The intention of these funds is to enable UR2PhD program participants to attend a conference to present their research. In order to be eligible for UR2PhD Technical Conference Travel Funding you must have completed a research experience, have an accepted poster or talk, and also successfully completed either the UR2PhD Undergraduate Research Training Course* or the UR2PhD Graduate Student Mentor Training Course. Should your request be approved, the maximum reimbursement amount is $2,000. Awardees must agree to follow the CRA Uniform Travel Policy (https://cra.jotform.com/211166679362057).

Expectations for Funded Students
We'd love to highlight student's work and progress broadly across all of our communications channels. Students that are selected to receive the Technical Conference Travel support will be expected to include the UR2PhD logo on their poster / presentation materials, as well as provide a testimonial about the experience after their travel.
