CCC Call for Innovative Research Visions

Around 20 years ago, researchers were proposing new ideas that led to the current AI revolution. What is being explored in your academic unit or organization right now that will lead to another revolution in computing in the next 10-20 years?

The Computing Community Consortium (CCC) is seeking forward-looking research to help guide the focus of future CCC Visioning Task Forces.

Submit an abstract or description of the most visionary and catalytic research taking place in your academic unit or organization today. That project could:

Inspire a brand-new CCC visioning Task Force
Lead to a researcher being invited to shape a visioning initiative alongside Council Members
Be highlighted on CRA/CCC channels

Academic submissions: Limit one submission per academic unit, to be submitted by the leader of the academic unit (department chair or equivalent).

Industry submissions: No limit on the number of submissions. Anyone involved with industry research can submit — you don't need to be a team lead or manager.
